Here's How to Proceed

If you've already reached out to us and received instructions to download the ISL Light Client, please follow the steps below to help us diagnose and resolve your issue remotely.

  1. Download ISL Light Client

    Click on the link below to download the ISL Light Client:

    This will allow us to connect to your system remotely, enabling us to troubleshoot the issue quickly.

  2. Install ISL Light Client

    Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. It's a simple process, and you will just need to accept the default settings unless advised otherwise.

  3. Launch ISL Light Client

    After installation, open the ISL Light Client application. You should see an option to "Start a session".

  4. Provide the Session ID

    When the session starts, you will be given a Session ID. Please send us this ID by replying to our email. This allows us to connect to your system securely.

  5. Allow Remote Access

    Once we receive the Session ID, we will connect remotely to your computer and check the issue for you. You will see everything happening in real-time, and you can stop the session at any time if needed.
